Beeston Shenton are a forward thinking and friendly legal team in Staffordshire. We are now seeking a fabulous Office/Practice Manager to assist the Directors in the operational and strategic management of the firm.
You will have extensive office administration experience and management skills ideally within a busy legal environment. Experience of legal compliance and systems management (Lexcel) would be an advantage.
In addition the successful candidate will co-ordinate and lead on a number of aspects such as HR, ICT, Health & Safety, reporting, performance management, premise management and will work closely with our accounts team to deliver financial reporting and management information.
A good communicator with excellent people skills, you will need to be proactive, flexible, efficient and able to work on your own initiative.

Salary dependant on experience.
