WILLS AND PROBATE

The vast majority of people in the UK die without leaving a will and yet most of us know precisely who we want to benefit from our money. The law does set out what will happen if you die without a will. These are called the “Rules of Intestacy”. These rules set out a list of those people who will benefit and if non of these survive you then your entire estate will go to the Crown.
