Section 1 Employment Rights Act Statement of Terms of Employment : £250
A written statement setting out the basic terms of employment required to be given to employees under section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.

Junior Contract of Employment : £350
An employment contract designed for a junior employee in the form of a letter, containing the required statutory particulars under the Employment Rights Act 1996,
plus further provisions which it may be advisable for the employer to include.

Senior Contract of Employment : £650
An employment contract (or service agreement) suitable for a senior employee or executive.

Directors Service Agreement : £750
An employment contract (or service agreement) suitable for a director of a private company, or a public limited company.

Zero Hours or Fixed Term Contract : £350
A standard contract for a casual worker where there will be no guarantee that the employer will offer any work, but the worker will generally be expected to accept any work offered.

Consultancy Agreement (Individual to Company) : £500 (Short form) £750 (Long form)
A contract for services between an independent contractor (a self-employed individual) and the client company for the provision of consultancy services.

Consultancy Agreement (Company to Company) : £500 (Short form) £750 (Long form)
A contract for services between a service company and the client company for the provision of consultancy services.

STAFF HANDBOOK (Employee Policies)

Long-form Staff Handbook : £1250
Contains the full remit of 39 employer’s non-contractual policies and procedures aimed at medium to large enterprises.

Short-form Staff Handbook : £750
Contains 29 employer’s non-contractual policies and procedures aimed at small enterprises.

Micro-form Staff Handbook : £500
Contains 15 employer’s non-contractual policies and procedures aimed at micro enterprises.

Individual Policies : £75 (Per policy)
e.g. disciplinary policy or grievance policy

Discipline and Misconduct Toolkit : £750
A toolkit including 2 hours practical advice, advisory notes, checklists, procedures and letters.

Discipline and Poor Performance Toolkit : £750
A toolkit including 2 hours practical advice, advisory notes, checklists, procedures and letters.

Separate Disciplinary Items : £50 to £100 (depending on complexity)
e.g. disciplinary suspension, disciplinary invites and disciplinary outcome letters.

Discipline or Grievance Investigation : £350 to £500 (depending on complexity)
(Basic cases) Written Discipline or Grievance Investigation report with recommendations.

Discipline or Grievance Investigation : £500 to £750 (depending on complexity)
(Complex cases) Written Discipline or Grievance Investigation report with recommendations.

SICKNESS AND INCAPACITY

Sickness and Incapacity Toolkit : £750
A toolkit including 2 hours practical advice, advisory notes, checklists, procedures and letters.

Sickness and Incapacity Items : £50 to £100 (depending on complexity)
e.g. letter(s) inviting employee to meeting to discuss sickness absence and incapacity dismissal letters.

TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

Preparation of Settlement Agreement 1 : £600
Preparation of Settlement Agreement for Senior Employee or Director including restrictive terms.

Preparation of Settlement Agreement 2 : £350
Preparation of Settlement Agreement for a Standard Employee.

Redundancy Tool Kit : £750
A toolkit including 2 hours practical advice, advisory notes, checklists, procedures and letters to direct users around collective and individual redundancies.

Retirement Toolkit: £500
A toolkit including 2 hours practical advice, advisory notes, checklists, procedures and letters to direct users on the legal issues concerning retirement following the abolition of the default retirement age (DRA).

FAMILIES AND PREGNANCY

Families and Pregnancy Toolkit : £750
A toolkit including 2 hours practical advice, advisory notes, checklists, procedures and letters to direct users around shared parental leave and pay, pregnancy, maternity leave and pay, paternity leave and pay, adoption leave and pay, parental leave, flexible working and time off for dependents.

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS

Tribunal Case Merit Assessment : £500 (basic cases) £750 (complex cases)
